COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES | Cleveland Yoga Concord

To ensure the safest experience for our students, and in accordance with guidelines issued by the state of Ohio and CDC recommendations, here are the additional precautions we are taking:

Extending time between classes to disinfect the studio floors, touch points and shared spaces, and to allow students to maintain social distancing practices when entering and exiting the studio.
Limiting class sizes to ensure six feet between students at all times.
Preregistration for classes to allow a “touchless” entry and exit from the studio. Please give your first and last name to the desk yogi or teacher upon entry to the studio.
“Parking spots” for yoga mats have been marked on the studio floor with six feet between each mat.
Suspending the use of in-studio props, towels and mat rentals. Please remember to bring your own if you would like to use them during your practice.
Teachers will open and close the studio door before/after class to eliminate unnecessary touch points.
Continuing to stream classes online for students who don’t feel comfortable coming into the studio. We currently have installation scheduled for a studio streaming equipment, enabling us to stream all live studio classes online.
Encouraging prepayment for classes and credit card transactions rather than cash.
Disabling water fountains.
Refusing class to anyone who shows visible signs of illness.
Encouraging the use of masks when entering or exiting the studio. However, masks must be removed for practice.
Social distancing markers have been placed on the floor in the common areas to help students maintain social distancing practices.
Designating use of specific cubbies to allow for social distancing when depositing/collecting your belongings.
