Simple doesn’t mean easy here. Power Yoga Basics, a 60-minute sweat session, is designed to build a foundation for your practice. A constant, focused breath, solid poses and safe, proper alignment will make this Basics class challenging and fun. This is just the beginning of your empowered practice. Whatever your experience, Power Yoga Basics is the right class.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Vinyasa Yoga (Hot) classes, based on Baron Baptiste’s Journey into Power series, not only transforms your body, it makes you dig deep to do the work to strengthen your mind, hold yourself accountable for the progress, all to result in a revived spirit. While Power Yoga Basics establishes a solid foundation, Power Vinyasa Yoga offers pose variations and offers a more dedicated focus on alignment and breath. You will be challenged to step out of your comfort zone.  Classes are 60, 75 or 90 minutes.

Slow Flow Yoga

Healing and restoration are the focus of our Slow Flow yoga classes which are taught at a moderate room temperature of 75 degrees. If you’re looking for relaxation, meditation and deep stretching then this is the class for you! Classes are therapeutic and invigorating at the same time and are perfect for those who are new to yoga or recovering from an injury and for those who are craving a class where they can move with ease and awareness.

Slow Burn Yoga

Slow Burn yoga combines the strength-building of vinyasa with the pace and mentality of slow flow. In this class, you will be challenged physically and mentally, without being hustled from pose to pose. Long holds, an emphasis on breath and alignment, calming music, and moderate heat define this class. Slow Burn starts slowly and builds in intensity, and ends with deep stretching and a long savasana. Come prepared to work, release, and get into your body.

YINyasa Yoga

How often do you realize you are rushing from one place to the next, all the while multitasking — sometimes even on your own mat, quickly jumping from pose to pose?

Slow down, breathe and delve into a deeper level of awareness with a YINyasa class. Designed to bring your focus inward, this class starts with a traditional power vinyasa “yang” sequence, moving to longer-held “yin” asanas. YINyasa is the perfect complement to our power classes and your active lifestyle, as it gets into your connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to heal joints and boost flexibility.

YOD

YOD, which stands for Your Own Determination, is a yoga flow meets HIIT class. It is an intentional workout in the way that each movement, breath, and exercise is focused on your alignment, health, and happiness. This class does not require any props. We use a heated room, a yoga mat, and bare feet. We start each class with a yoga flow and then move into high-intensity interval training (think push-ups, lunges, air squats). Lastly, we end with a relaxing cool-down. You will leave sweaty, energized, and ready to take on your day!
