This program has the work “revolution” in it for a reason. Led by Halley Firstenberg, E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga instructor, the first week we will observe our habits and our actions, noticing where we land in default modes and the results they cause in our life. We get stressed, we grab a cookie (or wine). We get angry, we lash out, and the cycle continues. Once we take full responsibility for ourselves, we can begin to retrain ourselves, heal ourselves and even motivate ourselves.
Halley has completed the 40 Days Program multiple times. She is ready to help you tap into what is possible when you live a truly honest and awakened life. The program consists of two weekly streaming meetings, readings from 40 Days To A Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste, journaling, meditation and physical practice. Each week the mediation and asana practices will increase in time.

Sundays (June 7 – July 5) from 4:00-5:00 PM
ALL meetings will be offered via Zoom. An option for in-person meetings may be offered upon reopening of the studio.
Each week will be themed and designed to stimulate self-inquiry and inspire growth. You will engage in activities, discussions, and you will leave with tools to support your ongoing growth. Please plan to attend each meeting as the weekly meetings will be extremely beneficial. As the group moves through the program, we will find strength, encouragement, and support from one another.
Using the book 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste as a support text, you’ll journal self-inquiry questions and channel an internal dialogue.
The 40 days program motivates you to incorporate a strong yoga/fitness practice that best suits your lifestyle. We recommend a minimum of four practices (or another fitness activity) per week. Yoga practices can be done via our online streaming classes, in the studio when possible, or individually, using the 40 Days to Personal Revolution book to guide you through an easy-to-follow yoga practice at home.
The 40 days program motivates you to incorporate a strong yoga/fitness practice that best suits your lifestyle. Be prepared to practice six days a week with day seven being a rest day.
